Today is truly special: we’ll finally behold the Adriatic Sea from one of Puglia’s most stunning seaside towns—Polignano a Mare. Nestled along the breathtaking Valle d’Itria coastline, this enchanting town perches dramatically atop a 20-meter-high limestone cliff. With roots tracing back to the 4th century BC, Polignano a Mare seamlessly blends natural beauty, rich history, and a touch of modern-day magic. Enjoy a leisurely lunch in its charming central square, soaking in the atmosphere. Our ride concludes as we cycle back to Alberobello, where we’ll spend the night, savoring the comfort of our luxury accommodations
Overnight in Alberobello
This morning, we embark on a one-hour transfer through a stunning landscape to the incredible city of Matera. With a history spanning millennia—from the Stone Age through the Classical and Medieval eras—Matera preserves traces of its extraordinary past in every street and alley. Upon arrival, a professional local guide will lead us through the city’s countless treasures, revealing its unique charm and heritage.
Afterwards, we set off on our cycling adventure, returning from Matera to our luxury masseria. We’ll ride through breathtaking countryside, along peaceful country roads and scenic back routes, until we arrive at our retreat, where we can finally unwind with a fine glass of wine in hand.
After an energizing breakfast, another stunning and unforgettable day on the bike awaits us. We’ll pedal through vineyards and countryside lovingly tended by local farmers, along peaceful back roads far from the beaten tourist paths, until we reach Ostuni.
This enchanting city seems suspended in time, where the past harmoniously blends with the present, creating a tapestry of emotions and timeless beauty. Known as the White City, Ostuni is a true Adriatic gem that stays in the heart of every visitor.
After exploring the city, we’ll enjoy lunch before returning to our masseria in Alberobello along scenic alternative routes.
Overnight in Alberobello
It’s time to bid farewell to our stunning masseria and Alberobello as we head into the heart of Salento.
Our transfer will take approximately an hour and a half through this pristine countryside. Upon arrival in Lecce, we’ll unload our bikes and begin cycling through the heart of this incredible region. It will be a short and gentle ride—a day of rest, so to speak—but one that will leave us with countless memories and deepen our love for this unique and breathtaking region of southern Italy.

And now we’ve reached the final ride of this unforgettable tour. Today, we’ll continue to explore the wonders of Salento on our bikes, but this time we head toward another sea—the Ionian. Upon reaching its pristine shores, we’ll cycle through the Porto Selvaggio and Paludi del Capitano Regional Natural Park, one of Lecce province’s greenest treasures, boasting 300 hectares of pine forest and 7 kilometers of untouched high coastline. This spectacular park, rich in natural beauty, adds yet another unforgettable chapter to our journey. We’ll conclude the day at our masseria before transferring to the stunning and unique city of Lecce for the celebratory dinner that marks the finale of this incredible bike tour.

Yes, we provide your transfer from the airport/station on the arrival day and to the airport/station on the departure day.
You don’t need to be an athlete to take part in one of our tours. We offer different levels of difficulty, from the easy/medium tours in Tuscany, the Northern lakes Area, and Piedmont to the more demanding on the mountains. In any case, our van is constantly with the group to provide any kind of assistance.
In order to provide the best service and guarantee the best cycling vacation to our guests, we have chosen to organize tours only for small groups, a maximum of 7 people. So, in case of tiredness, bad weather, or others reason, a spot in the van is always guaranteed. Our team is made up of a bike guide and a driver, these guides are focused on the group, taking pictures, and providing assistance during the stage.
Our van is constantly with the group, providing any kind of assistance. Two guides will take care of the group and being in a small group, everyone will be assisted.
